Summary
We are seeking Resinous Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Starting salary will be determined based on experience. Travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation (grinding, shot blasting, patching)
- Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and MMA flooring systems
- Install broadcast systems, cove base, and finished coatings
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Travel to job sites and work flexible hours as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous resinous flooring or coatings experience preferred; but not required for every position
- Knowledge of surface prep and application methods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a standard drug screen
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be punctual
- Must be reliable
